Registration is available to all US based Law Enforcement Officers with a valid ORI code - NVLS registration and use of the NVLS Mobile Companion software by non-law enforcement personnel is strictly prohibited. NVLS registration is free for US based LEOs who may register by visiting http://nvls-lpr.com/nvls.

All LPR data acquired by the NVLS Mobile Companion may be shared with 10's of thousands of already registered and active Law Enforcement NVLS users.
